TEEN RAPIST 43

A teenager claiming to be a model raped and sexually assaulted four young women over a matter of a few months, a court heard.

Chiron Hutchinson was arrested after a woman, aged 24, complained while being treated for her injuries at Pembury Hospital that he had raped her.
As the investigation progressed, three other women came forward and alleged Hutchinson, 19, had also attacked them between July and October last year.
Prosecutor Christopher May said some of the offences followed late night visits to clubs in Tunbridge Wells, while others were either at his home or at stables where he kept his horse.
The woman who made the initial complaint was “inebriated” and had smoked cannabis when she left friends at a bar in the early hours and walked off alone to go home.
She encountered Hutchinson, who had also been drinking heavily, as he left MooMoo Clubrooms in Newton Road.
Mr May told a jury at Maidstone Crown Court that shortly before Hutchinson had met another woman at the club and asked her if she wanted to go for a walk.
He called himself Chi and said he was a model.
They kissed and he drove her to a country lane. But he agreed to drive her back after a friend called her and told her she was being stupid and irresponsible going off on her own.
“She felt his behaviour towards her changed, as if he was disappointed,” said Mr May. “Indeed, as they were walking back he was behaving oddly. He grabbed her by the waist and started carrying her.
“She told him if he didn’t let her go, she would scream. He did so. She saw him again in the club. He tried to kiss her. He wanted to kiss her again when she was leaving.
“The prosecution suggests it is likely the defendant was feeling frustrated after his failed attempt at a sexual encounter.
“Although no sexual activity took place, there is clearly an inference that is what he wanted.”
He offered the other woman a lift home in his mother’s Subaru. But instead of doing so he drove her to a wooded area known as Toad Rock.
“When they got there he opened the door of the car and she was pushed out and fell to the ground,” said Mr May.
“She felt his weight pushing down on her back. She tried to fight him off as best she could. She even used her lipstick to try to hit him with.”
He pulled down her jeans and underwear and raped her on the hard, rough ground, it was alleged.
She injured her legs. She was saying “No” and “Stop it”. She did not think he used a condom. Afterwards, she tried to run off but he pushed her face first over the bonnet of the car.
She feared he would rape her again. She scrambled across the car. She saw another man there and she thought Hutchinson gave him his phone number.
Hutchinson eventually drove the woman to her friend’s house.
“She was crying and in a real state,” said Mr May. “She was crying and screaming someone had raped her.
Friends encouraged her to go to the police. She was later taken to Pembury Hospital, where she reported the alleged attack.
“She was examined and a whole series of injuries were found,” said Mr May.
When arrested at his mother’s home on October 12, Hutchinson said: “I know what this is about.”
The custody officer noted that he had a bite mark to his left forearm.
He claimed the woman consented to sex and afterwards her demeanour changed and she bit his arm.
Mr May added: “All she was expecting was a lift home, but he drove her to that secluded spot to have sex with her before taking her back to her friend’s address where she arrived in that dishevelled and distressed state.”
Hutchinson, of Mount Pleasant, Uckfield, East Sussex, denies six charges of rape, one of attempted rape and six of sexual assault.
The trial continues.

A Blackpool man has been jailed for the rape of a young woman

Kieran Ralston, 21, of Manchester Road was sentenced eight years imprisonment at Burnley Crown Court after previously being found guilty of the offence on Friday 14 July following a trial.

The attack happened on Tuesday February 28 at around 7.30pm after Ralston followed the victim, a 20 year old woman, from a shop on East Pines Avenue in Anchorsholme.

As the woman was walking and listening to music, she was oblivious that she was being followed until Ralston forced her down an alleyway near to Denville Avenue and Inglebrook Close.

He claimed to have a gun several times, pushed her against a car and forced himself on her.

As she was being attacked, the victim jabbed Ralston with her elbow and saw the side of his face, realising she recognised him.

Her ordeal ended when she said she had to get home as she had bought sweets for her sibling who was waiting for her.

DI Alisa Wilson from West Division’s Public Protection Unit said: “Ralston is a sexual predator who stalked his victim as she was simply walking back from the shop.

“I praise the victim for coming forward and giving evidence at court after Ralston callously decided to plead not guilty, meaning she had to relive her ordeal during the trial.

“The effect that this has had on the victim and the wider community cannot be underestimated; it happened in a relatively quiet area frequented by families and a lot of elderly people. “I hope that today’s result means that the victim will be able to start moving forward with her life knowing that Ralston is behind bars.”

A former Skyline High football player was arrested on charges of rape and sexual battery .

William Barrow, 22, was accused in March of raping a student at the University of Tulsa, where Barrow played football .

The woman, who was classmates with Barrow,  told police he sexually assaulted her when she visited his apartment.

He "became aggressive rather quickly" after they began kissing, according to police records. She said that she tried to leave when he began to grope her, but he grabbed her neck, shoved her onto the bed and "strangled her until her nose bled," according to a police report.

She said she'd told him no about six times. When University of Tulsa campus security officers interviewed him days after the incident, they said he agreed that he might have gone further than the woman wanted and that she might have indicated she was uncomfortable.

However, when Tulsa police questioned Barrow, they said he denied assaulting the woman.

As a senior defensive back at Skyline, Barrow was credited with helping to lead his team to a 13-1 record and to the fourth round of the state playoffs. After graduating from Skyline in 2013, he played in 44 games at Tulsa, according to the university.

He faces one count of rape by instrumentation and one count of sexual battery. He is being held in the Dallas County Jail while he is awaiting transfer to Tulsa. His bail has been set at $22,500.

A Springfield man has been arrested and faces felony charges for rape, sodomy and child molestation in connection with a Republic 12-year-old who was reportedly missing over the weekend.
James C. Bullock, 20, of Springfield, is being held in the Greene County Jail and faces felony charges of rape, sodomy and child molestation in connection with the missing girl.
Court documents state a Republic detective figured out the girl was using her mother's computer to communicate with Bullock using a dating application. She asked Bullock to pick her up Friday night, and her family noticed she was missing at about 2 a.m. Saturday, according to a probable cause statement.
A police officer who went to Bullock's residence saw the girl in his bed with her clothes on, according to court documents. The Republic detective arrested Bullock for kidnapping, and the girl was taken into "emergency custody," the statement says.
The girl then told police Bullock picked her up after midnight and took her back to his house, where they went into his bedroom.
According to the probable cause statement, the girl initially resisted advances before the two had sexual intercourse.
Police add "she had not discussed her age with (Bullock)."
Bullock contradicted this when police interrogated him in jail and said he asked the girl her age "several times during their contact, and she had told him she was 19 each time," the statement says.
An attorney for Bullock was not listed in online court records.

LOGAN — A 19-year-old North Logan man has pleaded guilty to raping a teenage girl repeatedly. Lucas Bennion accepted a plea deal and will now wait to be sentenced next month.
Bennion appeared in 1st District Court Tuesday morning for a final pretrial conference. He pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual abuse of a child and rape, both first-degree felonies. As part of the agreement, prosecutors dropped the remaining 15 charges against him. His plea came a month before a two-day trial was to be held, September 21-22.
Bennion was arrested by North Park Police officers in May, after engaging in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl. He also persuaded her into texting him inappropriate photos of herself. The crimes occurred between November and April of 2016. He later confessed to having sex with her at least 30 times.
During Tuesday’s appearance, Bennion stood before the court wearing shackles and hand cuffs. He spoke several times briefly, telling Judge Brian Cannell he understood the conditions of the plea agreement. He also said he knew each charge he was pleading guilty to carried a sentence of five-years-to-life in prison.
Judge Cannell ordered Bennion to undergo a pre-sentence report by Adult Probation and Parole, about his criminal history. He scheduled sentencing for September 26.

Bennion remains in the Cache County Jail on $200,000 bail.

Thomas Rudder, who stood accused of five counts of rape, changed his plea after an agreement saw him enter a guilty plea to one count of second-degree sexual assault, a charge with a greatly reduced punishment.
Rudder, 19, was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Gordon Webb to spend 10 years in prison, in accordance with the plea agreement Rudder's attorney worked out with prosecutors.
He had faced a potential prison sentence of 50 to 200 years, or life.
Rudder, of Yellville, will be required to register as a sex offender once released from prison.
Rudder was arrested March 16 and charged with five counts of rape, a Class Y felony punishable by 10 to 40 years, or life in prison.
In an affidavit filed in the case, Becky Vacco, a special agent with the Arkansas State Police, informed the court interviews were conducted with Rudder, the victim and two adult relatives of the victim.
According to the affidavit, the adult relatives of the victim allowed Rudder to live in their home. Over the course of four months, Rudder was allowed by the adult relatives of the victim to sleep in the victim's bedroom.
The female adult relative of the victim reportedly said she was "aware" that Rudder and the victim were having sex. The male adult relative of the victim reportedly told authorities he "figured" Rudder was having sex with the 13-year-old girl.
When interviewed, the girl reportedly told authorities she had sex with Rudder on "approximately" five occasions.
On the day before his arrest, Rudder was interviewed by Clint Tilton, then the chief deputy for the Marion County Sheriff's Office. During that interview, Rudder reportedly admitted to having sex with the 13-year-old "on approximately five occasions" at the victim's home.

A short time after Rudder was charged in the case, authorities leveled charges against the adult relatives of the victim.
